House - April 29th

What a difference a week makes! We went by on Saturday to see what had been done and a majority of the framing is done -- looks like it's just the roof that's left.

The back of the house - the room sticking out is the morning room off of the kitchen. They actually put the fireplace (the box sticking out between the 2 windows in front of the sunroom) in the wrong place in the family room -- it should be on the same side of the house as the opening of the garage. We have to call Monday to get them to move it and put a window where the fireplace is now.




We're really pleased with the size of the front yard. When they first marked off the house with stakes, it looked like the house was much closer to the road. The gravel in the foreground is about where the driveway is going to be.
